POLICY

  • QNP Deposits, Cancellation, No Show fees 

  • At Quality NP Health Services (QNP), we are aware that you may encounter unforeseen schedule conflicts, which may require you to cancel a scheduled appointment.

  • If this were to occur, we ask that you cancel your appointment via the following modalities - the patient portal calendar, patient portal messages, telephone text messages or telephone call to the office number (786-404-1599), 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. (office hours M-F, 10a-5p)

  • QNP prides itself with providing our patients with quality care to meet their needs in a timely manner.

  • Therefore, to ensure uninterrupted time and attention to all our patients, the following deposit will be implemented and enforced.

  • Booking Deposit $50

  • Meet and greet $25

  • If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, your fee will be charged to the card on file. You will have 7 days to reschedule yourself for the services requested, otherwise the charges will be forfeited by the said client/patient.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours your fee will be charged and forfeited immediately and billed as a Cancelation/No Show.

  • Forfeited means that your booking deposit will NOT be refunded, nor transferred or used for any future services.

  • Booking deposits/Cancelation/No show fees will be charged to the card on file. If there is no card on file, we will ask that you pay the deposit fee in advance, prior to your appointment.

  • All sales and charges are final.
